The Town of Orrville, Alabama

The Town of Orrville, Alabama is taking sealed bids for labor, equipment, materials, and any incidentals required to complete the work required for the GMC Project No. TMGM200026, Resurfacing of Various Streets in Orrville, Alabama. The BaseBid includes: 1,230 TON Superpave Concrete Wearing Surface, 45 TON Superpave Concrete Patching, 736 TON SuperpaveConcrete Leveling and related appurtenances. The Additive Alternate includes: 765 TON Superpave Concrete Wearing Surface,45 TON Superpave Concrete Patching, 465 TON Superpave Concrete Leveling and related appurtenances. There are 30 Working Days total established to cover both the Base Bid with the Alternate or the Base Bid.

This bid is intended to comply with the Alabama Code Title 39, the Alabama Public Works Law. Bidders shall be required tocomply with the provisions of the Title 39 of the Alabama Code regardless if the requirement is explicitly detailed in the bid proposal or not.

Only bids from contractors or material suppliers listed on the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) approved list of contractors and material suppliers will be accepted.
