The dinnerware at the new restaurant at the St. James Hotel is made by Earthborn Studios in Leeds, Ala. Owner Tena Payne, along with her husband Wynn and son Nathan, make mugs, plates, bowls and other kitchen items used by restaurants and commercial clients all over the country.

Earthborn dinnerware is the go-to brand for the Bellagio in Las Vegas, for Chef Chris Hastings with Birmingham’s Hot & Hot Fish Club and for Samba Brands, a New York-based company that operates restaurants in London, Amsterdam, Turks, Caicos and Hong Kong.
